Step 1
Introduction on location
The process starts with a personal conversation at the (re) construction site. Here, we listen to the wishes, but especially to the goals of the client. Such a conversation is often an inspiring moment in which we exchange ideas and apply our experience directly to the situation. When the click is there and we are looking in the same direction, we move on to the next phase.
Step 2
Concept design
We start with the basics: the floor plan. Here, we are looking for smart layouts and optimization of the space. This accessible phase is intended to discover whether we are on the same page. Is the feeling and idea right? Then we'll take the next step together.
Step 3
Preliminary design
In this phase, the design takes shape. Think of wall views, lighting, furniture and more. Everything is developed in hyper-realistic visuals so that the design really comes to life. Are we excited together? Then we will start preparing a detailed quote.
Step 4
Quote
With our broad network of trusted implementing partners, we compile a quote in which we carefully break down each component. We select the most suitable subcontractor for each component and combine all parts into one clear quote. Bullseye Interior hereby acts as the main contractor and fully unburdening party.
Step 5
Final design
After agreeing to the quote, we will fully elaborate the design in detail. Colours, materials, lighting and furniture are finally chosen based on samples and samples. Each component is carefully tuned so that there are no surprises during execution. In this phase, the artwork is also worked out down to the detail level, so that it can be used immediately for realization.
Step 6
Realization
To carry out, we complement our construction team with local specialists such as E and W installers, architectural contractors and, where necessary, painters. With a tight schedule and clear provision drawings, we ensure a smooth construction process without surprises. We closely monitor progress and quality and put the finishing touches upon completion to deliver an interior where everything is right.
